Not gonna lie, the shipping took a bit longer than they said it would, which was a little annoying. But it did show up in good condition, so overall it was fine.

I was trying to check the ingredient amounts, but they weren’t easy to find and it felt like the details were being tucked away. For me, that’s not great value because I want to know exactly what I’m paying for.

I gave it a try thinking it might be a bit more special for the price, but I didn’t feel like the value was there. The items looked fine and there wasn’t anything wrong exactly, but in my opinion they didn’t feel much better than what I’ve gotten from other places for less. Nothing really impressed me enough to justify the cost, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless the prices came down

I really wanted this to work and went into it hopeful. I used it like I was supposed to, waited to see some kind of difference, and then, nope. Absolutely nothing changed. Kind of disappointing, honestly

I ordered from qumilife.com after poking around a bit and reading the product details and safety info. Checkout was smooth, and I appreciated that the label info was actually readable instead of being one of those tiny blurry images you have to zoom in on three times.

The first two days I had a small headache and my stomach felt a little off, not terrible, just noticeable enough that I kept thinking about it. Once I started taking it with food, especially after breakfast instead of on an empty stomach, that pretty much went away.
Overall I felt safe using it, but I still checked with my doctor because I already take a few other supplements and didn’t want to guess. I’m giving it 4 stars because the experience was good, I just wish the side effect info was easier to find on the site without having to click around so much.
